Gallery and Guest Ranch.

For
special events the
Hurd La Rinconada Gallery and Guest Ranch
comes complete with a white wedding gazebo and several
spacious meeting rooms. There are facilities to meet your every
need. We have the perfect settings for weddings, receptions,
retreats, family reunions, artist workshop and corporate
board meetings. We have a network of caterers, equipment/party
rentals, musicians, printers and photographers. Our Gallery
staff is available to assist in planning your event.
The Wyeth House:
Use of the main house, guest wing and outside grounds,
including gazebo. Two and one-half baths, kitchen equipped with
commercial appliances. Ample parking around the house.
Includes two night stay in house.
Use of the Paul Horgan Library for meetings
or weddings.
The Gallery:
Use of the gallery, gallery wing and outside patio. Two and
one-half baths, one full kitchen and one galley kitchen.
Ample parking on the polo field.
Includes a two night stay in Gallery Wing.
 Las
Milpas: Use of the main house and outside grounds. Two
baths, full kitchen and sun room.
Ample parking around the house.
Includes two
night stay at the house.
The Polo Field:
You are responsible for providing restroom facilities. Tents
are allowed upon gallery approval. There are several electric
outlets located at the stadium seating area. Plenty of parking.
We will provide trash cans and trash removal.
 Cleaning
and damage deposit required on all rentals. Refundable after
inspection by gallery management. This check will not be
deposited. It will be held up to one week after the event is
over.
Due to the age and historic significance of the houses and
grounds, weddings are limited to 150 guests. If the allowed
number of guests is exceeded, there will be an additional charge
of $25 per person.
